Former supermodel Mugdha Godse is only one film old. But she’s already considered a competition to established actresses. Surprising but true.
The lass who made her debut with Madhur Bhandarkar’s much talked about Fashion, has topped an online poll as the most popular actress in Bollywood now.
Reportedly Mugdha even left behind leading actresses like Aishwarya Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor and current hot property Katrina Kaif and topped the charts with a whopping 1,600 hits in the live poll conducted by Buzz18.com, the online entertainment wing of the Web18 network group.
Well, the newcomer performed well and won over critics and audiences alike with her performance as Janet Sequeira in Fashion. She wasn’t deterred by the presence of established actresses like Kangana Ranaut and Priyanka Chopra.
But whether she deserves such a place or not is another story altogether!
